Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.

Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, the reading may be shortened accordingly. After 15 minutes, the session will be considered missed.

The Practitioner reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, an alternative time will be offered.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.
