Weekly Woman's Circle at Elluna
Slip into a sacred moment of reflection and support.
Life gets busy; self-care and quiet moments can feel like a luxury, but months pass quickly, and it’s easy to feel swept up by the currents, unable to find your footing.
Sharing circles are a relaxing and impactful reprieve from the pressures of life; for one hour a week, come and check in with yourself, reconnect with your inner world and experience the gentle power of witnessing and being witnessed by a group of impartial, non-judgemental, loving women.
The hour includes a combination of meditation, movement, grounding/somatic practices, reflective writing prompts and sharing.
The circle details:
Alternating Tuesdays & Sundays
Time: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Please arrive 5 minutes early for time efficiency
Come as you are, wear something comfy and don’t forget your journal!
Herbal tea provided.
EXTRA SPECIAL CIRCLE: Thursday 29th November: Sacred Hearts Cacao circle with Elle flows
Meet Your Guide:
Hi, my name’s Isabella 👋🏼
I am an astrologer, health coach, and circle facilitator. I spent my 20s travelling and learning from the many people I met along the way.
I did my first trauma-informed facilitation training when I was living in New Zealand, after falling in love with the healing powers of shared space. From intimate women's circles filled with friends to larger gatherings at festivals and retreats.
I adored all of my teachers and the magic they brought to my life by hosting these events, but the real medicine was in the people who came and had the courage to share what was on their heart. It’s incredibly brave to allow yourself to be witnessed in your vulnerability; it's scary. I still get scared myself! But the rewards are so worth it.
“Fear is the dragon that guards the treasure”
It’s easy to feel isolated, like our burdens are unique and ours to carry alone, but these spaces remind us that human drama is often shared.
