Cacao & Connect Community Event

£7.50

Sunday 7th June 7PM - 8:30PM
Nothe gardens, by the sea

An evening of nervous system nourishment and meaningful connection by the sea.

Cacao & Connect is a closed community gathering for the Dorset Darls, designed to move beyond surface-level conversation quickly and build new connections without the pressure of one-on-one conversations and finding the ‘right thing to say’.

Together we’ll share a nourishing cup of cacao* as we drop from the head and into the heart and explore some simple practices to feel more present, open and socially connected. Using gratitude to anchor into the beauty already present in our lives through creativity, reflection and play.

From there, we’ll move into small sharing circles with guided prompts designed to take us from small talk into deeper, more meaningful conversations with ease. (Share as much or as little as you like).

This is a relaxed, welcoming space perfect for newbies to the group. Aimed at connection over pressure, performance or perfection.

Coming alone? Most people are. If you want to come but are scared of:

  • being awkward

  • not fitting in

  • everyone already knowing each other

  • being forced to overshare

  • “healing girl” environments feeling cliquey or spiritually performative

  • being perceived while emotionally unregulated

  • not knowing the rules of the space

YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
All I ask is that you come as you are and leave any judgments of yourself or others at home.

Community guidelines:
• Always ask for permission before offering advice or responding to someone’s share
• Respect a “no” without question or pressure
• Everything shared in this space stays in this space
• Be mindful of time so everyone has the opportunity to share

Please bring:
• A blanket or something comfortable to sit on
• A journal and pen if you’d like
• Layers in case the evening gets cooler
• An open mind and a willingness to connect

*Please note: Cacao is a cardio-vascular stimulant and therefore is not advised for those on blood thinners/heart medication or SSRI/SSNI medications. Please reach out to me at isabella@naturallyalignedliving.com if you have any questions. I am happy to provide an alternative (rose & damiana social butterfly mocktail tea) if you’d still like to join.

**Weather dependent! If we get a sudden bout of bad weather, this event will be postponed to the following Sunday.

No refunds will be available for this event.
